After focusing the 2023 legislative campaigns on a 15-week abortion plan, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin unveiled a plan to cut income taxes and the car tax.  Where was this during the elections?  Republicans could’ve used it.  Also, Democrats aren’t thrilled with a sales tax increase?   Let’s agree and just cut taxes.
