Brian Kirwin is one of Virginia’s top political consultants with about 70 campaign victories for Virginia Republicans over a 20+ year career and still going strong.  His advice and counsel to scores of candidates have made the difference between winning and losing.

Brian first got into politics in the 1990s as a campaign volunteer knocking doors for Republican candidates.  He was chosen to serve on a televised weekly panel in 1997 debating the election for Governor that year, which Jim Gilmore won by 13 points (Kirwin predicted a win by at least 9).

He began his professional political career in 2001, but 2004 was his breakthrough year, ousting a Democrat incumbent despite being outspent 4 to 1.  From there, he was recruited by Rourk Public Relations to consult various Virginia campaigns.  By 2012, he started Kirwin Development Strategies and has become a premier political consultant and commentator in Republican politics.
